You are responsible for all charges incurred under your User ID and Account Number.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Inner-City Express shall not be liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by acts of God, public authorities, strikes, labor disputes, traffic, security, weather, mechanical or vehicle failures, acts or omissions of Customs or quarantine officials, or civil commotions.

Inner-City Express shall not be liable in any event for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of income, whether or not Inner-City Express has knowledge that such damages might be incurred.

Shipper warrants that shipment is adequately packed and protected to ensure safe transportation with ordinary care and handling.

Unless a greater value is declared when an order is placed, the shipper agrees and declares that the value of each shipment is not over $250.00.

If additional insurance coverage is needed, such coverage is available at an extra charge and is subject to the terms and conditions of the policy in force. Items of extraordinary value, such are artworks, jewelry, furs, money, precious metals, stocks, bonds, or cash letters or their equivalents are not covered under any circumstances.
